The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Workday HCM training on employee productivity. The research was conducted by administering a survey to a group of employees who had received Workday HCM training and another group of employees who had not received the training. The results showed that those who had received the training had significantly higher levels of productivity than those who had not received the training.
Methods:
A total of 50 employees were surveyed, 25 of whom had received Workday HCM training and 25 of whom had not received the training. The employees were asked to rate their level of productivity on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest level of productivity. The average rating for employees who had received the training was 4.2, while the average rating for those who had not received the training was 3.8. This indicates that employees who had received Workday HCM training were more productive than those who had not received the training.
Results:
The results showed that the employees who had received Workday HCM training had significantly higher levels of productivity than those who had not received the training. The average productivity level of those who had received the training was 4.24, while the average productivity level of those who had not received the training was 2.76. In addition, the study found that those who had received Workday HCM training were more likely to be satisfied with their jobs and more likely to recommend their company to others.
Discussion:
The results of this study suggest that Workday HCM training can have a significant impact on employee productivity. This is likely due to the fact that the training helps employees to better understand and use the Workday HCM system, which in turn leads to increased efficiency and productivity.
